Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders with a cart value of ₹499 or above.
For orders below ₹499, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping charges are not included in our product prices, ensuring transparent pricing for all customers.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times:
Kerala: 2–4 business days
South India: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email and/or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate when placing your order. Niyanara Adornments is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please take clear photographs before opening it and contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Niyanara Adornments, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, fashion jewellery cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
Replacement Eligibility
You may request a replacement if:
You received a damaged product.
You received an incorrect product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Any item is missing from your order.
To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support via WhatsApp or email. Kindly include:
Your Order ID
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
Replacement Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:
An alternative product of equal value, or
A full refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:
A replacement cannot be provided due to product unavailability.
Your order is cancelled before dispatch.
We are unable to fulfil your order.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
